In 2017, Dawex was selected to join the Supply Chain & Logistics program at the Plug and Play accelerator. This acceleration program provides financial support for innovative startups and enables them to work directly with major global corporations.
Leveraging its partnerships with over 220 major corporations, Plug and Play offers high exposure for the startups chosen to participate in its acceleration program.
At Fintech Europe Selection Day on February 14, 2019, Dawex once again had the opportunity to give its pitch to representatives of major global organizations. Ludovic Verdier, Dawex Account Executive, presented the global data marketplace as well as the company's Data Exchange Platform, to large financial institutions from Germany, Italy, Spain, and Denmark.
Six major partners of the Plug and Play platform traveled to TechQuartier, an innovation platform and accelerator in Frankfurt: Deutsche Bank, DZ Bank (the second largest bank in Germany), Danske Bank, Aeral Bank, Nets Group, and Elo.
Large companies were also invited to the day of meetings and discussions with startups: UniCredit, Abanca, ING Diba, Commerzbank, IberCaja, and Elavon.
Ludovic Verdier unveiled Dawex's Data Exchange Platform, designed to give companies a way to control the circulation of their data and to highlight the value of their data both inside and outside their company.
After the pitch, a networking session offered participants time to pursue their discussions on issues of data governance and exchange.
